Went in for a piercing, not too long of a wait. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through everything. She also gave me some time afterwards without feeling rushed. Her area was extremely clean and I could tell it stays that way. This is my second experience here and I will definitely be coming back! Service: Piercings

Our 4 year old daughter and 7 year old son got ears pierced by Mari and we had a great experiences. She was very understanding when our daughter had second thoughts after the first ear was done. We went home, had a pep talk and were able to safely get the second one done. They are so proud of their pierced ears! Would definitely recommend Black Cloud.

They are always quick, courteous and on point! Punt intended. Lol 😆 Serious tho.... The girl who always does my daughter's piercing, is great at what she does, she takes time, just to makes sure we are happy with the outcome and always sends us out the door with a coupon for next time and smile, there's the occasional tear, but that's only because I'm a big baby! 😊 No pain! First time coming to the shop in Matthews! It was a great experience. I got my septum pierced by Mari and she did a smiley for my sister. She was so sweet! She was super comforting and so so kind. She was quick and efficient and it was surprisingly painless. She took her time with both of us from start to finish. The whole vibe was super welcoming and chill, she was very knowledgeable and I love that for safety reasons but also knowing you can trust their opinion! There are times with that you just want general solid advice from a professional. Super clean, super nice, well informed, well trained, efficient, and practiced. 10/10 recommend this place and Mari for any piercings beginner or advanced! I will be going back.
