The piercing itself was a clean and professional experience, and when i had an epic low blood sugar moment, my piercer helped me sit down and made sure to help me recover.

I have gotten pierced by darrin 3 times now and every time has been an amazing experience. He is very helpful and accommodating and a great piercer. One of the most gentle piercers I’ve had. I swear by black cloud but I recommend darrin for sure!

Amazing staff made sure I was comfortable and made sure to accommodate for my bigger than normal lobes when getting pierced. Very friendly and clean environment. Awesome place to go for an easy and quick piercing. Emma and Dom were amazing!

I always come here for piercings. The staff is amazing and they’re always very informative and kind. I have passed out after watching my friend get pierced and they grabbed me water, a lollipop, and cold towel and let me lay there until I felt completely better. Last week I got another piercing and my friend passed out from watching and they showed her the same care. Feels like a safe space and I know I can trust them to walk me through what they’re doing and put me first as a customer!!

I really like black cloud. they have always been a place i know i can go for professional piercings and tattoos. however, when i went this time, there was a guy at the front desk who was trying to tell me I didn’t have the anatomy for an industrial piercing without even really looking at my ear. I ended up getting it when Lauren came and looked at my ear and said it would work. She was great! Very professional and great at her job! I was just really confused on why the guy was trying to turn away business like that.
