After having a very botched tattoo experience at Hollywood tattoo in Charlotte, I came here and received excellent service. He was able to fix my tattoo and freehand drew an adorable 2nd tattoo. The service was prompt, professional and I couldn't be happier. The day prior I took my daughter and My niece to have their ears pierced. Again, the service was prompt, professional and excellent!!!

Got my twin daughters who are 4 their ears pierced. From the moment we got there all the staff was kind and made them feel comfortable. My favorite part is the respected my girls decisions. They weren't forced to do anything and they talked them through the whole process. Very professional will be back again!

I was a walk-in for a tattoo I’ve wanted for a few years now. I asked for a consultation and appointment, but they said they have the time to do both now. Having gotten tattoos before, I was familiar with the process and it was quick and easy. Only thing is I wish Jason had been more patient with me and my adjustments. After a half hour of a mock-up, we had something I was happy with, but I definitely would have felt more comfortable if I experienced more patience and care. I felt like I was being rushed, and this is a permanent decision. It turned out beautiful, but I’ll be making some changes in the future and I would have appreciated more time spent on adjustments to make it just right, instead of an in-and-out fast process.
