Amanda is a great piercer! Super friendly and does her best to make sure you’re comfortable and is open to any ideas. She’s willing to help with any concerns you may have. She did mine and my family’s piercings. The establishment is clean and organized. Rest of the staff were inviting as well. I recommend this place!

I walked in about an hour after they opened showed them what I wanted and got paired with Andrew who was a pretty cool guy. It was a good welcoming atmosphere and the tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted it to

We went in a Sunday. There was no one in line. The girl started to help us and wham they were slammed. These girls in the front handled their business. They had to deal with the machine being down, entitled customers, current customers and all of the questions that came along with it. I was very impressed how quickly they handed the crowd and got us in there. Good job! Keep rocking it!

I went to get my nose pierced and it was fantastic experience. The staff was nice and friendly. I didn't wait long and was in and out in less than 20 mins.. My piercer was quick and fully explained aftercare... Definitely recommend Black Cloud at Carolina Place Mall..

Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing runs a very efficient shop. We showed up on a Saturday morning to get piercings, and we're greeted promptly. There was a little bit of a line, but we didn't have to wait long. The technician was very friendly. I will definitely go back here for my next piercing!
