Took my 12 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and had a great experience! They were very nice and courteous throughout the process. Didnt make it out to be a big deal, which helped my daughters nerves and gave her confidence. Definitely recommend!

Everyone here is so incredibly friendly but HUGE shout out to Dom! We had my 9 month old granddaughter's ears pierced at a kiosk in the mall and one of the ears was horribly done. I didn't think she was old enough to have a needle piercing but when I asked Black Cloud (via text) what their advice would be, they said it wouldn't be a problem to take out the piercing that was done incorrectly, wait for healing, and then do a needle piercing. Dom was incredibly patient with all of my questions and my daughter and I were 100% confident that she would be able to fix it. It has been a full 6 weeks and we just left Black Cloud after getting the ear re-pierced. To tell you that Dom is amazing would be an understatement. She was meticulous when marking my granddaughter's ear to be certain it matched the existing piercing on the other side and was able to salvage the ear piercing experience for my daughter (who was, of course, upset after the initial ear piercing experience). The shop was very clean and, even though we were there during a very busy time, the wait was minimal and the staff didn't make us feel rushed at all. I cannot say enough about Black Cloud and Dom!!
