I got my nose pierced here! A lovely lady with beautiful piercings handled me yesterday and she was straight to the point, I didn’t have to get nervous from suspense, she was very fast and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. She was very nice but I do not remember her name sadly, but she was very lovely and gave me a lovely piercing!! Would go again 100%

Walk-in experience was quick and easy. L was very professional throughout the process and made sure to thoroughly explain every step of the way. I knew exactly what was going to happen before it happened, so there were no surprises, which was comforting. L made me feel relaxed and at ease! The venue was well lit and very clean! Camilo was amazing! He was super kind and communicated the whole time to make sure I got the tattoo I wanted. The establishment was very nice as well. If I were to ever get another tattoo I would go back to Black Cloud hands down.
