This was my first time walking into the shop everyone is so nice and welcoming here. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed, I came to get my industrial piercing done the woman who did my piercing was so nice all good vibes!! I definitely recommend I would definitely come back again to do my second piercing!!!!

I had always heard good things of Black Cloud Tatoo in the Carolina Place Mall, i recently gave it a shot for my snake eyes piercing and my experience was fantastic i was very scared but they are so professional that it was done so quick and easy, also their new place it’s soo pretty clean and neat. I recommend anyone who is thinking of getting a tattoo or a piercing this is definitely the place for you. Thank you Domenic

I got my nose pierced here! A lovely lady with beautiful piercings handled me yesterday and she was straight to the point, I didn’t have to get nervous from suspense, she was very fast and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. She was very nice but I do not remember her name sadly, but she was very lovely and gave me a lovely piercing!! Would go again 100%

I knew exactly what was going to happen before it happened, so there were no surprises, which was comforting. L made me feel relaxed and at ease! The venue was well lit and very clean! Camilo was amazing! He was super kind and communicated the whole time to make sure I got the tattoo I wanted. The establishment was very nice as well. If I were to ever get another tattoo I would go back to Black Cloud hands down.

I’ve been here a couple of time through out my years of living in the area and I love it. They always come out nice and heal properly. And all the girls were so sweet with making sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. Great experience every time !
