The entire staff was absolutely amazing. My first tattoo after 50yrs and they made my experience fantastic. Great artists, I dreamed of a design and they made it just as I dreamed. They were efficient and really clean. My tattoo looks great, and I’m thinking of getting another.

I cant remember the guys name but he pierced my baby girls ear great! He talked her through the whole process even though she couldn't understand. I will definitely be going back for anymore! We went to the one in pineville!

Perfect experience for my daughter’s first piercing! Black Cloud was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. My daughter was nervous, but the staff helped calm her and made the experience fun and exciting. We will definitely be back!
