Both times I went to black cloud on central was for piercings, and both times were excellent. The first time I went, Kat helped me, and the second time I went, Kenyetta helped me. Both ladies were so nice, kind, patient, and gentle as I was anxious to get the piercings and had some questions. Any time I want to get a piercing I will be going here :)
