For a walk-in appointment, this experience went perfectly! Everything was clean and went smoothly. My husband and I were so impressed by Destinee, my piercer. My septum is healing nicely and we plan on returning for future tattoos and piercings! Service: Septum piercing

This was a smooth experience! I got a septum piercing and I must admit, I was a bit scared going in because I thought the septum was gonna be extremely painful but it wasn't! Once I arrived for the piercing, I felt welcomed. Like the person that did my piercing seemed like they too were happy I was getting a piercing. It was all beautiful and calm vibes. I was fearful of even getting a tattoo or piercing because of some of the other places I checked out and the people didn't seem very welcoming, had their nose all up in the air and made me feel uncomfortable, not here though! I like this place and for all the folks fearful of germs, this place is doctors office clean, love it! I went in to the shop because I liked the Native American vibe, being that my bf is also Native, so I went in and talked to some of the tattoo artists about a couple ideas I have and spoke to a couple piercers and finally settled upon starting out with an Ashley lip piercing. The piercing artist took me into the piercing room where everything was nice and clean. She had all the instruments to do the piercing laid out. She marked with ink where the piercing was going to go and I was able to see her take out all the instruments out of the paper/plastic wrappers, so I know it was all new surgical grade metal and all. And she did a very good job with the piercing. It hurt pretty bad but she was calm and helpful through the whole process and even let me hug her for emotional support when she was putting the ball on. I’d like to also mention she gave me a $10 discount from the regular price. And now that I’ve gotten 1 piercing I have another $10 discount to come back for another! Yayyyy!! I definitely recommend this Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing if you want to get something done. It’s a clean shop and the people are all very nice! 5 stars for sure!! Service: Lip piercing

I have been here twice and both times were amazing! Everyone is really nice! Prices are reasonable in my opinion because they use sterile needles and not piercing guns, and it comes with basic jewelry. I value the professionalism and cleanliness. I went for an upper lip piercing aka Madonna piercing, the process was not painful and the young man who did the piercing was awesome. The place was very clean. My piercing did fall out on day 3, I laughed heard a pop and the ball fell off. I was able to put back in called the shop and immediately went back to have them tighten it. I def would recommend

Sky did a great job with my belly button piercing, gave good aftercare instructions and even offered the option to have a person she was training pierce me for 50% off (I appreciated the offer).
