Black Cloud is by far one of my favorite tattoo and piercing places in the metro ATL area. The staff is always professional, and the shop is clean and comfortable. I recently received a tattoo with my fave artist, Monea. She’s always timely, clean, professional and detail-oriented from my experiences with her. The service was great and my piercer was professional and very fast! My tragus didn’t even hurt! My daughter got her nose pierced on both sides and didn’t hurt her! It was my birthday and my husband brought me in as a surprise because I mentioned a while back that I wanted my Tragus pierced. Quinn was super nice and made me feel as ease. I’ve come to this shop a couple times before and usually receive quick service. my last visit was almost perfect except my tattoo was done in the wrong color. from the way I was positioned I couldn’t see what my artist was doing so I didn’t see that it was done in black instead of red like I asked until afterwards. atp there really wasn’t anything that could be done but the placement was perfect and the lines are clean so it’s cool I guess. I would come back again but would make sure my artist and I are on the same page. don’t want to use their name bc they were really nice. Services: Piercings, Tattoo design, Tattoo aftercare

I would like to give a shout out monea and the staff that was there at the time of my girlfriend and I tattoo appointment. They were very friendly and helpful. Monea took her time to make sure my girlfriend’s first experience with getting a tattoo was a smooth and comfortable experience. She showed care and interest in what we wanted tatted.I recommend anyone that want a tattoo go see monea in Cumberland mall in Atlanta.She’s a real tattoo artist not just a person who get paid to do tattoos.
