My friend and I had been talking about getting fine line tattoos for a while but could not find any good artists in Charlotte until I came across Black Cloud’s Instagram page and immediately called to book an appointment. They said they offered walk-ins so we went in and were out in less than 2 hours. Our two artists were so helpful and made us feel super comfortable. I’ve gone to other shops in the past and this one gave me by far the best experience I’ve had! Not to mention how GORGEOUS my snitch tattoo came out, I will definitely be coming back here and only here.

Just to add to what I e already reviewed- this is our go to place! Got another piercing and it was great! My daughter got a Medusa piercing and once again everyone was pleasant and helpful. We are always happy with the service, the quality, and the techniques of the piercers. They are always professional and helpful. The definitely are knowledgeable and take care of their customers. Will return We have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀

My experience was good. My daughters had their nose pierced. The young lady who pierced their nose was very polite and very friendly. One child felt nauseous after her nose was pierced the young lady knew exactly what to do. 😊 Thank you so very much. I will most definitely 💯 visit really soon 👍🏾🤗

This was my second time here. Got my septum done last summer and recently returned to get a dermal piercing in my chest. The owner is always polite and very great at what she does. She’s knowledgeable and I feel as if I’m in good hands when I get my piercings. The place is always clean which I love. The only thing I’m not too crazy about is parking. If you’re unable to get a close park you have to park behind the building which can be a little uncomfortable at night. There’s lighting in the back, however, it is a little scary for a woman like me traveling alone. To avoid, go during the day when it’s not busy so you can park up front. Service: Piercings
