GoogleI had a broken spring on my big garage door. I called them first thing in the morning to see if they could fix it sometime this week. They sent a technician out that morning and Olathe spring was replaced before lunch. I couldn’t get a hold of a couple other door repair services in Cheyenne so I couldn’t really compare prices so I had to go with what they charged me. It was a little expensive, partly because of the rising cost of steel these days, but the work was beyond the scope of my knowledge and I didn’t have the springs and tools handy so it was worth the money. Next time one breaks though, I’ll try to save some cash and replace it myself since I now know how to do it.
GoogleAlex arrived just as we scheduled. One quick look at my garage door sensor set up he was able to show me exactly what was going on with the reason for its failure to open or close. He quickly corrected the issue. My dog and myself were in the garage while Alex completed the job and saved me some large costs by giving me choices of the levels of repairs from basically rewiring the previous owners laziness to just making it work as it was but making it a more robust set up. Thanks again Alex.

GoogleWoke up one Sunday morning and the garage door wouldn’t open.... my car was stuck and I had to cancel my plans... I called another company first, but they we’re unavailable til the evening the next day, and if I wanted any sooner they would charge extra “emergency” fee. Called Mike’s Garage Door at 8:55 am and they were able to get someone out by 10am!! On top of their awesome availability, the tech was professional and friendly, and the cost was cheaper than what the other company quoted me! I definitely recommend them to anyone!

He was pleasant, efficient and I thought more than affordable.Did our job in less than an hour and he was on his way. More than happy with the excellent service. Will definitely recommend!!!
