We were unaware that the tire studs were hidden somewhat inside new winter tires to allow the tires to be installed and worn down to get to the studs, usually taking 2 months or so. When we inquired a customer representative quickly responded with that information. That was the only issue we had and it was dealt with very quickly and politely. Definitely using them again.
