I rating this a 4 star and not a 5 star because of the courier service used to deliver the tires. Ordering the tires was super easy and the tires themselves are as expected. As far as the delivery goes: I was given a tracking number so I new the date that the delivery was to happen. However there was no communication regarding when (time of day or window of time) the delivery was expected and of course there was nobody home to sign for the tires which i didnt realise that we needed someone home to sign for them. The delivery person put a sticker on my door so I called them and spoke with customer service. Customer service said they could come back the next day and call me when they were close by....they did not call me. Thankfully I have cameras on my house and as soon as I saw that the person was there I ran home to accept the delivery. There needs to be better communication for delivery otherwise everything else was great.

The prices are good and delivery was fast. Unfortunately, I had to return my tires because I ordered the wrong size (my mistake, not theirs). When I requested the return, I communicated with a representative named Valerie via email. She explained there would be a $120 return fee, which I agreed to, and told me that Midland Courier would arrange the pickup. She also advised me not to contact the courier myself and that she had scheduled the pickup for Tuesday, December 9th. On that date, no one contacted me or showed up, so I followed up by email and was then asked if I had confirmed with Midland myself, which was frustrating since I had been told not to. I ended up having to call and reschedule the pickup because the courier was unaware of the request. Overall, the company itself is good, but communication during the return process could be improved.

I have been buying tires here for the past 7 or 8 years. The service is excellent and when I had a problem with my order, which one time only, they shipped replacement product immediately.
I have purchased two sets of tires(summer/winter) from 4Tires and I encourage everyone to do so yourself. If you want to avoid the ridiculous markup of local tire shops, you need to shop here. They give you multiple options to choose from and they arrive promptly. I have ordered tires from both ends of cost scale and I have been extremely satisfied.
