The staff was fantastic, we'll organized, clean facility, Dr was the best, and is highly recommended. The procedure went as planned in and out in a short period of time, and was able to walk out of the facility pain free. First day today on recovery, I have slight inflammation on the knee, and a very mild...dull pain around the groin, but no pain in the knee, what an awesome feeling! Furthermore they went up and beyond to hail me a ride to and from the facility.

Was skeptical about process. Had my left knee treated. Had been very uncomfortable and painful with bone on bone. As soon as I was done, there was no pain and could walk normally; no limp no cane. I am very satisfied.

The entire staff was very friendly and efficient in explaining the process. There were no issues or problems. As to the effectiveness of the treatment, it's been a little over a week and I haven't had any noticeable improvement yet. I did experience some swelling and bruises as they said I would. I am waiting for a final decision as to if I can say that there is improvement. I'll give it a month before passing judgment.

I had GAE procedure done on my right knee Saturday. Everyone that works there is so thoughtful, kind and positive. My procedure went well, as far as I can tell one day later. I’m looking forward to walking without pain. 🙏🏻

Staff was very informational. Appreciated your patience and understanding of the delay caused with my labs not received. I truly appreciated your nurse was able to insert my IV with only one poke.. Elsewhere nuses have many attempts before completion. Once the procedure was completed, staff assisted with helping me dress myself provided A shout out to the doctor who explained the procedure and even shared a video of the process of this procedure. When i stood up after the procedure, I felt no pain in my right knee. I will be returning for my left knee next month. I have had no issues with the incision. Afterwards, staff provided me with water and snack. Much appreciated. I defintely will recommend family and friends who have are having pain in their knees as well as I had prior to this procedure. So glad that I respond to your feed on social media. Thank you once again.

I had GAE procedure done on my right thumb, twice. The process was effective and allowed me to use my thumb without pain. I’m having my right knee done in a few days. Hoping that goes great, as well.

The staff at the Vascular Institute are awesome they give excellent personalized attention and care to you. I went in with bone on bone pain in both of my knees. I decided to have my left knee treated first. I have had no left knee pain since the day the procedure was done. Prior to having this procedure done I was very limited in what I was able to do and walking while using a cane. I’m in the Choir at my church and was often unable to be there because of knee pain. I can be in the Choir every Sunday morning. I feel so much better without the pain and am able to do so many more things around the house. Having this procedure done has completely changed my life and I can’t wait to have my right knee done. I had the procedure yesterday (Friday) July 10,2026. I feel numbness still in my Left Knee,and where the inscion is its hurting a little today,and yes I'm keeping an eye on it and putting pressure on it like they explained it to me.

The procedure was completed without incident and recovery was monitored closely, until I was discharged with a ride to take me home, which by the way was provided by affiliates of True Precision Medical. From beginning to end, the care and service I received, calmed my nervousness because of the professionalism, concern for my wellness and the wonderful attitudes and demeanor shown by the entire staff. Ok I have to share my story with this amazing team of people at True Precision on 19 Ave and Bethany home Rd. First let me tell you this. I'm no stranger to knee surgeries. I've had 2 ACL surgeries on the same knee and meniscus clean up. After a bad reaction to the 2nd ACL I decided I'd live a less active life because the pain was so bad from the reaction. I lived without the ACL for about 20 years or so. This caused the knee to get very bad over the years. I'd been going to the Core for knee injections that worked for a few years. Every 3 months I get the shots then the gel shot in-between. Finally this year my knee said no more and I was informed that I had bone on bone and would need total knee replacement. Well needless to say I personally didn't think I was at that age for a knee replacement and stared seeking an alternative that would last into my 60s at least then get the knee replacement once I am ready. I was looking at this Genicular Artery Embolization procedure and found Total Percisition. Schedule an appointment and the following week got the surgery. Of course I'm also on a medication that prevents me from being sedated and thought I'd have to reschedule. The wonderful Doctor and his staff did the entire procedures without any anesthesia. Now that sounds scary but honestly it was actually very pleasant. This Team from the front desk assistants to the nurses and doctor and his staff are Amazing! free moving mobility again. My life will be so much better and I'm looking forward to walking long distance without pain. Your Team is the BEST!

The people there are the best! No grouchy or rude like so many other medical offices i have been to. Most of the doctors offices I have been to act like you want to be there abd you're a bother. They forget who works for who so show no respect. They dont realize how much pain you are in and shouldn't be making you mad. But these are my feelings. It was sooo refreshing to find an office that showed compassion. My test over my 74 years seeing doctors to know a good doctor and staff is going to make me return is a receptionist that smiles and looks at you when you talk to her. Dosent act like I should know the answers to my questions. A doctor that spends more that 5 minutes explaining to you so you understand and he and his aide should laugh at a smart butt joke you make. This place I will definitely go back to get my other knee taken care off. Its only been 24 hours so I will write another review later. Everything has been perfect and I would recommend anyone to at least go talk to them!

Very pleased with the whole experience! From the initial consultation to the follow up, everyone has been personable and professional. Very open to questions and thorough in aftercare instructions. I have suffered with knee issues for 30+ years and only regret not finding this procedure sooner! I noticed almost immediate relief and currently have no pain! I’m anxious to have the other knee done! If you’re nervous at all, don’t be! I watched the whole procedure. It was painless and minimally invasive. The doc went through my foot so recovery was fast. I highly recommend this clinic and procedure! (Side note: sometimes they don’t answer the phone but they will call back!)

I found it very interesting and very pleasant because you can talk to the doctor and ask questions or just have a great conversation. Bonus are the wonderful nurses who make you feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you so much for giving me pain free moving mobility again. My life will be so much better and I'm looking forward to walking long distance without pain. Your Team is the BEST!
