He communicated before the appointment by sending me a reminder, communicated the morning of to let me know he'd be running a little late, and completed a very thorough and informative inspection on the home. As someone who doesn't know the lingo, he explained everything to me in a way that was completely understandable. The rates were also very reasonable. I will be using him again for the re-inspection of the home and recommending 1st Inspection to anyone else who needs their home checked out.

They were very helpful in deciding what inspections I needed and they communicated with me through the entire process. This was a whole House plus inspection, every area inspected had clear photos, up close to evaluate if a repair would be needed? As well as showing strong areas! Being clear about locations of places in question? If you needed to find a needle in a haystack, Bryan could find it!!!!

He welcomed my father-in-law to join him during the home inspection, and patiently outlined his findings to all three of us (including myself and my husband) separately as we arrived. He also explained the warranties provided with the inspection, which are numerous. The Inspection report was very thorough, and we are confident that the inspection was done well. Additionally, it was very easy for me to get ahold of someone from the company each time I called, and they were always friendly and attentive.
