Greg Stowe was my inspector and he was super helpful in answering all my questions. He has a very keen eye for detail, he noticed a few small things hidden in closet corners or up in between floor joists in the ceiling that I would not have seen. I feel he went above and beyond what I expected out of the inspection and had plenty of recommendations when it came to his findings. He clearly has knowledge of how a home is built which I think is crucial for any inspector!

Bryan Duff was my inspector and he did a wonderful job. We had an inspection that included radon testing. He walked us through the home and explained everything to us in a clear and concise manner. Tim did a great job for us—starting with getting us scheduled within the 7-day inspection window. He then walked us through the detailed inspection report, item by item, showing us exactly what needed attention as we toured the house together.
