Bryan was very thorough and professional! As a first time homebuyer and mother to two little ones under three, I had requested every test possible for the safety of my family, but Bryan assured me that he did not think I needed the extra tests and if he did then we could add them on. I appreciate that he could’ve charged me for the tests and not have needed them, but instead he was honest and I appreciate that above all! I will definitely be recommending 1st Inspection Services to my friends and family! I look forward to using them in the future!

I bought my first house so I was extremely nervous that things would get overlooked in the inspection so I read reviews before booking with anyone. When I got to the inspection and talked with the inspector (Tim Meyers), he walked me through everything and showed me the things he found that needed looked at and made sure I got as much information as possible even with all the questions I asked. Definitely a great company and very good with their work.

I had hired 1st inspection after my brother had told me about them and highly recommended them and they didn't disappoint. Tim came out he is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his job and the inspection process. Tim answered all my questions and all my concerns. With me being a first time home buyer Tim made it less stressfull. If anyone is needing or knows of anyone needing an inspection I highly highly recommend this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I am so pleased with the inspection of my future home. The inspector was very professional and explained everything clearly. Greg Stowe was my inspector and he was super helpful in answering all my questions. He has a very keen eye for detail, he noticed a few small things hidden in closet corners or up in between floor joists in the ceiling that I would not have seen. I feel he went above and beyond what I expected out of the inspection and had plenty of recommendations when it came to his findings. He clearly has knowledge of how a home is built which I think is crucial for any inspector!
