Richard is amazing! I could not attend the inspection do to a work conflict. Richard was kind enough to let my 21 year old son attend the inspection on my behalf and educate him on the inspection process. This was key since my son is helping me manage this investment property. My son was very pleased with his interaction with Richard. He also was professional when the seller requested information on the inspection. He kindly declined to comment. Richard also answered my numerous text messages in regards to the inspection report past working hours.
I am walking away feeling confident in my knowledge of the property because of Richard.

I highly recommend Richard and will use him on future properties.
