A couple friends of ours recommended 1st Inspections and we were so glad we took their recommendation. He even gave us some great tips on things to do to ensure the property stays in good shape. Richard was amazing and I would choose him for any future inspection! He did a very thourough job of our 4000 sq ft investment property (over 100 years old) and was able to explain all the big and small issues to us. It was obvious that he has a lot of knowledge and expertise. He sent us the inspection report within the same day, which was great. Due to the age and location of the property, he also recommended to do a sewer scope and provided some contacts for that, which turned out to be great advice since the plumbers actually found some pretty major sewer issues that we would have never found out about otherwise.
