Ask for Mike. He’s knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be closing on a new build soon and wasn’t sure if I needed to spend money on an inspection, as I didn’t expect for anything (major) to be wrong.

Thankfully, nothing was… but thanks to Mike, I still feel it was $ well spent. I could tell he had my best interest at heart and the cost is worth the peace of mind I’ll be able to take forward. Thanks for working with me, Richard & Mike.

So glad we chose this place for our inspection! Richard was so thorough and encouraged us to walk with him through the house if we wanted and pointed out everything he saw and explained what he was seeing. He offered advice throughout the inspection down to even the smallest details of stuff he does in his own home to take care of certain issues that may come up. He knew so much about houses and this whole process and welcomed any and all questions we had. I highly recommend going with 1st inspection for your home inspection!
