This review is for Diaa Al Fahhan of 1st Instection Services. As a Broker Sales Associate, I’ve worked with several home inspectors over the years, and I confidently recommend 1st Inspection Services to my buyers. In fact, even when I provide multiple options, many of my clients end up choosing them—and for good reason. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge truly stand out. What I appreciate most is the way they take the time to clearly explain findings to my clients, helping them understand not just the issues, but also the implications and possible next steps. This educational approach gives buyers confidence during what can be a stressful process. They are also very fair, honest, and transparent in their dealings, and their pricing is reasonable for the quality of service they provide. One thing my clients truly value is that they remain available even after the inspection is complete—always willing to answer follow-up questions and provide additional guidance when needed. My clients consistently walk away feeling informed, supported, and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and client-focused home inspector. Most of all, my clients alway recommend him to thier family and friends as well.

Bhavesh Chauhan provided an exceptional home inspection experience. He was professional, punctual, and thorough, delivering a detailed report with zoomable images, including a termite inspection report. The system also allowed me to review repair or replacement requests, easily generate a PDF, and share it with my attorney. Bhavesh went above and beyond by answering my questions and offering valuable recommendations. Overall, his approachable demeanor and competitive rates make him highly recommendable. Five stars!

He also explained how certain problems that he had identified, could be remedied, He was very responsive - even responded to my email at 10 at night. The best quality is that he is honest. He deducted from the bill the cost of services that he did not have to perform. I wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. Finally, his charges are reasonable.
