What a positive experience I had at the Hearing Clinic, from the moment I walked in and Jolene's pleasant and professional manner to Anna the audiologist and Janice the Instrument specialist. Everyone has warm and welcoming making the aging experience relaxing. I now can hear everyone and my husband doesn't have to text me from across the room. Thank you all.

The staff are fantastic. Very through and knowledgeable. They were very patient answered all of my questions taking the time to be sure that I fully understood the information they were sharing. This is the first time that I have had hearing aids so I am adjusting to the change, however, they helped me choose the best product for me and I am amazed at the difference. Everybody who works there are very professional and friendly, They are really welcoming and I always leave their office with a smile on my face. The doctor and the staff are very knowledgeable. I was skeptical about hearing aids and I was thinking, it won't look good on me, but I was wrong, the hearing aids they recommended was a life changing, I thought I had a mild loss, but it was severe, the hearing aid they recommended changed my life, and the consultation they gave me is second to none, First Class Consultation, The device is so small that it fits inside and not all that visible, and I had no idea I missed so much sounds that was around me, world is new to me. I have been a client with the Hearing Clinic at Eglinton Ave. and Brimley Road for the past 5 years approximately. I have ordered two hearing aids, the second one just recently. Their customer service level is outstanding, the stuff is super professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they bend backwards to help you, to accommodate you and make sure that you receive all the necessary information necessary to be satisfied with their product. They deserve to receive a 5 star for the quality of their product and their service.
