Karen Albright is the best and listens when you tell her something about your pain. She comes up with a plan to help eliminate pain or decrease it and she takes her time with you. I will forever be grateful to her for everything she does for me.

Karen is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. She has always gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made a first priority. She’s extremely knowledgable and personable. Not once have they ever run late for any of my appointments.The office is inviting and the staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. Truly, I would recommend this pain management office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized and professional way. Dr. Escontrias and RP Albright have both made a significant difference in my quality of life. The Texas Pain staff at my location are equally amazing too. I've been in pain for 6 years constantly. 3 sessions here and I've been 90% pain free. They did this procedure that is fairly new to put hot water on my nerves. I move and live now without pain meds. Haven't had a Hydro pill in 2 weeks.

If you are looking for true pain relief look no further. I have had several pain management doctors and this is the first one to ever sit down and listen to me. Rather than throw a bunch of pills at me and walk away he offered me a solution to end the majority of my pain. None of my previous doctors had done this. This doctor however, does not mess around when it comes to pain meds. You must follow the rules. Dr Karen is also super nice. She listens to your questions and concerns and then works to find a solution. This is the absolute best pain management office I have ever used.

Dr. Escontrias is has great bed side manner! I see him every three weeks for headache & trapezoid pain. He always takes good care of me.

Everyone on staff is kind and caring and always greets you with a smile! Dr. Escontrias always takes the time to listen and explain weather understanding your pain or a coming procedure you might be concerned about. He’s compassionate and listens even when your having a personal issue. I’ve been with multiple pain Drs in 12 years and never have I experienced such an outstanding Dr.

I had to go to three doctors before I found one who would actually listen to me and take my chronic pain serious. The doctors here are amazing and caring. I'm always seen very close to my appointment time.
