All of the employees are very kind and considerate. They all made me feel confident in my ability to get better and to stay better
I had been training to do the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike, when this summer I had an injury I couldn’t ignore. I read the reviews for North Ogden Physical therapy and they sounded great. So I made an appointment, hoping I would be able to get back out on the mountains and resume my training and reach my goal! They exceeded my expectations. The combination of “scraping” my injured knee, as well as strength training for all muscles around it, I was able to complete my goal! I hiked the rim to rim trail with my 70 year old dad and my 2 sisters. It was incredible, and I believe I wouldn’t have been able to finish if I hadn’t called North Ogden Physical Therapy! Thank you Brad
Everyone here is knowledgeable and caring (broke my femur) from A stem to needling to the movement’s of the exercises thank you all; Allen, Brad, Brice, Sierra, Whitney, Aubrey I’m fully recovered with full range of movement!
I’ve struggled with a chronic injury (broken femur) for over 20 years. I’ve tried various therapies that have offered temporary pain relief and increased mobility. However, I've been unable to find a more permanent solution...until now. I’m extremely grateful to the team at the Layton Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine clinic for their help in finding me relief and assistance! They are not only the best people to work with, they are amazing therapists and dedicated to finding solutions. You will not regret choosing them for your therapy needs!
Ever since I have had dry needling done for my migraine headaches, I have felt much better. I also get dry needling in my hamstrings. Both of these have helped to improve my quality of life.
I’ve had a great experience at Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine for the rehabilitation of my knee replacement. The facility is bright and welcoming, with excellent equipment. The best attribute is the staff! Beginning with the first phone call, I felt encouraged and nurtured. The therapists and assistants give a fantastic balance of compassion and challenge essential to gaining strength and mobility. Each one I’ve worked with is very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. Coming to physical therapy feels more like coming to the gym with friends. I highly recommend!!
I am so excited about the treatment I have received by Alan, Brad and all their staff! I am being seen for low back and ankle pain. The treatment given at the clinic combined with my home exercises is proving to work and I'm so thrilled! Alan performed dry needling on my lower back and I was SHOCKED by how much better my back felt after only one session!! I am so thankful to continue my recovery with such knowledgeable physical therapists and would recommend them to all!
I have suffered from near debilitating headaches for over 20 years and take 8 different medications everyday for them. I have tried medications, surgery, Chiropractic Care, and bi-weekly shots. None of these seemed to really make a difference. For the last month I have been going to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and trying dry needling with electricity and massage therapy. I have not had a bad headache in over 2 weeks now and have been able to stop using 2 of my medications and reduce the use of 1 other. I'm not cured, but definitely feeling better and moving in the right direction. The staff are warm, friendly, and great to work with. They take the time to really try and discover the source of pain and then treat that.
Great staff. Professional and friendly. Great facility. I would recommend to anyone who requires physical therapy. I really enjoyed my experience.
For the past 5 years I have had headaches 3-4 times a day and migraines 2-3 times a week. I was lucky enough to find Dr. Kerbs and he began dry needling my neck. Immediately after our sessions my headache would go away. After about 2 weeks my headaches started to lesson in frequency & intensity and within 3.5 weeks I was headache free. He and his staff are incredible!!
The staff has been so great. They are all so nice and helpful and have helped me so much with the recovery of my broken ankle.
Our family LOVES Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine North Ogden! Alan and Bryce are both awesome! The dry needling and A Stem treatments have made all the difference for my torn calf muscle and meniscus. They’ve also helped our daughters TMJ and postural trigger points. The office has an amazing atmosphere and the entire staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!
Very nice folks. Makes yah feel at home from the time you step in the doors. And what ever there doing works💯 Highly recommended!!!
Happy with service so far. Today was the third session. Seven patients in this session but staff handled everyone well. Very clean and modern facility. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Equipment is all new.
I'm really impressed with these guys. They have a clean establishment with well educated and professional therapists and workers. Their receptionists are skilled and a pleasure to work with and are happy to work with you to meet your needs. The therapists take the time to listen to your individual needs and address in ways that are meaningful to you your concerns, questions, and worries. They are patient, kind, humorous, and caring. I find their North Ogden office to be soothing because of their color choices, the open spaces, lack of clutter you might find in other businesses (too much art, rugs, lighting fixtures, etc.), choice in light, and the smiles and laughter of both the employees and the patients. In addition to traditional physical therapy like stretches and dynamic / isometric exercises, they offer more modern approaches like electric massage therapy (to stimulate muscles and nerves which assists with blood flow) and dry needling. Dry needling surprised me with how immediately effective it was at easing my pain and restoring my mobility. The effect was also lasting. Every day I go is a huge step forward in my recovery. Thank you to all the employees. You're making my life better!
I’ve been having a very positive experience with the North Ogden Physical Therapy and Sport Medicine. Alan, Sierra, Bryce, Cindy, Whitney, Chris and Aubrey are very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been doing dry needling in my lower back and core-strengthening exercises. At first I was very skeptical about dry needling. However, after a few visits I started to experience good results; less pain, less stiffness, and more mobility. Alan was able to access my situation and put together a treatment plan that is working. I have also experienced good results doing the Massage therapy (Aubrey) which targeted my lower back and related areas for stiffness and soreness. I recommend North Ogden Physical Therapy and Sport Medicine.
I have been to both the Layton and North Ogden clinic several times over the past 2 years. I do Ironman triathlons, which can really take their toll on the body. I have had tremendous success working with Alan and Bryce with a variety of treatments. My most recent experience came as I was dealing with a nagging shin splint. I had dry needling, ASTEM, and stretching performed as a part of my treatment. I am almost in a state of disbelief as to how much the pain has improved in such a short time. 2 years in a row, I have thought that I would have to miss a race and have been able to compete, due to the treatment I have received by Alan and Bryce. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is actively engaged in endurance sports.
A very friendly environment. The staff great. They work with you to get you in the best possible shape and help you to understand your pain and to be able to strengthen certain weakness. I was in a car incident that left me with back and neck pains and very bad headaches. I've never had dry needling or a stem. The experience was new to me but as I was going through the process along with the exercise and massage in time I started to see progress be very affective.
The staff at Layton PT & Sports Medicine is amazing!! I’m 27 and had to have major hip surgery in Sept 2019... The first clinic I went to for therapy was pushing me way too fast and made me very uncomfortable. After doing some research I found the team here at PT & Sports Medicine and after my first appointment, I knew I was going to love it here! They are knowledgeable, professional and KIND, which is so important to me since therapy is not the most fun process but by far the most critical in getting me back to the things I love. They offer a wide variety of expertise including therapy, massage & dry needling. Another reason I love this place is their flexibility in scheduling appointments -- having such a busy and ever-changing schedule at work makes it hard to make appointments but between their N.Ogden & Layton clinics, I have never had an issue. I would recommend them to anyone and will (oddly) be sad to have to leave 😊
Es verdaderamente fabuloso el y los tratamientos que aqui hacen , 100 por 100 efectivo! Sigues las recomendaciones del doctor y en poco tiempo los resultados son excelentes!
After 10 years suffering with chronic knots in my neck and shoulders I finally found my happy place! I had tried deep tissue massages, chiropractic adjustments, ice, heat and a ton of Advil to ease the pain but all were very short lived, it was just putting a bandaid on the problem. Dr Kerbs introduced me to dry needling and Astym along with stretching and massages I have felt so much relief! I was skeptical at first but I now have nearly full range of motion in my neck and no more headaches. His staff is friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
Two weeks ago during a group workout with great friends we added a series of sprints. Well, that being said I hate to lose and coming to a stop from a sprint lap. I felt my right calf lock up with a cramp like no other. I had everyone in the class share their way of getting a cramp to release. After a week of trying massaging, rolling, stretching and even pickle juice, I could get no relief. The friend I was racing shared he had a friend that had a way to help if I would try it. I took a chance and made the call and Alan's team at the Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine and they fit me in that same day. After pinpointing the exact spot he worked his magic. It involved stretching, rolling and massaging and ended with lots of needles. As I walked away the first day, I felt pretty beat up and still in pain unable to still run and workout like I wanted to. Alan and his team got me in the next day and added electricity to the Therapy. He worked on it with his skills and sent me away asking me to take it easy until our third visit. By the next day I was a different man everything had released and was feeling great. I went against his wishes and showed up to a boot camp Class at the start of the week and my calf was great, we gave it one more day of heat, massaging, stretching and needles and I wanted to write a review on something I was thankful I took a chance on. Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine knew what they were doing. Dry needling works and was a fix for what I needed.

After just one visit my husband had a few hours of zero pain for the first time in weeks! He finally feels hopeful and will keep going.

Professional staff offering outstanding care. So glad they have moved into North Ogden. Very grateful for the expertise and variety of treatments offered, especially the extensive training the therapists have w dry needing.
I have had an awesome experience so far! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the office and equipment is always very clean. My schedule is always pretty crazy but they are always able to work with me to fit me into theirs. I would refer anybody in need of physical therapy to these guys.
