I have an old 1973 VW Thing and the muffler was rattling. Advance said they could fx it with the bracket that fell off, but they discovered a gas line leak and insisted I have that fixed first. I had it towed to Bug Surgeon and he fxed it in 10 minutes! Then they fixed the muffler in ten minutes, once they got to it. And it was only $65 and now I have a safe car and secure muffler!! So thanks for diagnosing my gas leak and thanks for fixing my old muffler bracket!!!

I highly recommend this shop for the value, quality, and most of all the professionalism of the staff. I took my jeep to Advance Mufflers in Hemet, CA on a Thursday. The owner was very busy working on numerous vehicles and he came out to the parking lot and ran diagnostics on my jeep and spent a good deal of time speaking with me professionally on the error codes on the OBD and what was wrong with the vehicle. He went inside and put the details concerning the vehicle in the computer. I went back the next day, got the part ordered and delivered the next day. The Catalytic Converter was was put in by one of the owners staff who is very efficient and knowledgeable. The quality and the price was right. I will refer anyone needing these services to this particular shop.

I heard a loud noise as if a spot weld broke loose on my dual Magnaflow exhaust system. As soon as I entered Advance Muffler I was promptly greeted by Bianca. She immediately put my vehicle on a lift. Tim quickly identified the problem (broken hanger) and suggested a repair/replacement. Both Bianca and Tim were exceptionally courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Their prompt Customer Service is second to none, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their Services.

Super professional, friendly and the price is right. I called several place for a quote. They were by far the best priced. They did the work and did not try and pressure any kind of unneeded work. Which I have experienced in the past. I recommend if you need your catalytic converter work done do it here.

Advanced muffler in Hemet is great on all levels. They did a great job on my Nissan Maxima and I couldn't even fake a complaint. They did the job quickly and didn't do any sketchy stuff or anything weird to try to get more money from me and in fact they told me that I didn't need the part another place in Hemet was saying I needed so if you have any issue I recommend Advanced Muffler 5 stars.
