After calling several other companies, my last choice should have been my 1st! This company is awesome!! I locked my keys in my car and when I called the dispatch was friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and advised someone would be there within 20 minutes. A few minutes later I received a call from Jacob and he just confirmed my location and told me he was on his way. 10 minutes later I received a text from Jacob, he was just letting me how far out he was. I don’t think it was even 10 and he was in the parking lot!! I paid $55 and my car wasn’t damaged and felt completely comfortable around him. Not to mention he took my payment via card!!! Thank you so much Jacob from AJ locksmith you were a lifesaver!!

Joey was very punctual and easy to work with as far as scheduling a time that worked for both of us. I was having a problem getting my door to close due to some seasonal shifting of the house, but Joey was able to fix it very quickly and honored an Angie's list coupon. I will be calling AJ Locksmith again if I have any issues in the future.

Locked out, cold, alone, about to be late for work. Can't get in my car because my only keys are inside the house. It was the beautiful warmth of being inside my home and not pacing up and down in the cold outside from which Joey rescued me. My lock is restored. I now have a dead bolt. I feel more secure. Joey was great. Got us back into the house after being locked out. It was about 40 minutes from the call until he showed up at our house on a Sunday evening. I wouldn't say it was cheap, but given that when you are locked out of your house at night, it was well worth it to get back in fairly quickly.

I appreciate Joey so much! I called a different company before him. That company quoted service for $45, when they got to me they charged me $120. My card would not go through and the locksmith told me I had to put the keys back in my car and lock the door. I told him I couldn’t do that and he then threatened to call the police on me. I put the keys back and contacted AJ’s. Joey got to me twice as fast as the other company. He was immediately friendly and offered to drive me to my car because it was in a parking garage. When I told him about my experience he couldn’t believe the kind of service I received. He made sure the price was what I could afford. I have honestly never received such good service and I have locked my keys in the car a few times. I have saved Joeys number and will always call him from now on. Thank you AJs and thank you Joey for saving the day and not breaking the bank
