Fabulous service! Contacted AJ and received same day service within 2 hours! The project was larger than thought and Jacob put in a long day and came back promptly the next day to complete our locks. On time, excellent communication, professional service and excellent work! I highly recommend them and I sincerely enjoyed meeting Jacob. We needed double barrel deadbolts to help my elderly mother safely keep my dad indoors at night. Sundowners. He was very kind and understanding. I love Texas and I love it’s kind people, it’s such a solid reminder that we all share the same kind of experiences and can show one another compassion. I was pet sitting when the home owner forgot to leave the inside garage door open for me. I had the opener. The owner called AJ and they met me in my schedule to unlock the door. They were courteous and professional. They contacted the home owner every step of the way and checked my ID to confirm I had permission to enter the home. William was the tech and he was very nice!
