I called AJ Locksmith, to have my locks changed. They sent Josh, he was my technician. I was so disappointed when I saw him I said to myself why they send me this kid, he looked 14. After he came in started to talk about what I needed done explaining the different kinds of locks, answering all my questions. he was so knowledgeable, confident, and professional. He made me feel safe. I'm very satisfied. Josh did a Supberb job. If I need them again I will ask for Josh. Never judge a book my it's cover read it first. Neither judge by their age. SUPER JOB

Fabulous service! Contacted AJ and received same day service within 2 hours! The project was larger than thought and Jacob put in a long day and came back promptly the next day to complete our locks. On time, excellent communication, professional service and excellent work! I highly recommend them and I sincerely enjoyed meeting Jacob. We needed double barrel deadbolts to help my elderly mother safely keep my dad indoors at night. Sundowners. He was very kind and understanding. I love Texas and I love it’s kind people, it’s such a solid reminder that we all share the same kind of experiences and can show one another compassion. So above and beyond what you expect from ordering new locks. Thank you Jacob! Thank you AJ Locksmith!
