Positive: Communication, Professionalism While my experience wasn’t directly from enrolling in the school, I would like to write about the professional, helpful, friendly staff members I encountered at this school. My son and I showed up at the DMV next door for his permit testing appointment only to be told they were not allowing us to come in because we had the wrong appointment. We were upset and frustrated as we had waited 2 months for this appointment only to be told it was the wrong type and he couldn’t take his test. Luckily, I had parked in front of this school and decided to ask them for help on what we should do and how to make things right. To our surprise, even though he completed drivers ed. with another school, they said they would give him the test right then and there so he could keep his appointment at the DMV and get his permit that day. They were so friendly and helpful and completely eased my stress and frustrations. I am so grateful for the 2 staff members that were gracious enough to jump in and save the day!
