I was nervous about the home inspection because I have heard a couple of horror stories, but not with Maxwell Home Inspection. Kevin, my inspector, was early and had a plan in place to be the most effective. Kevin came equipped with a drone to inspect the roof for damage, leaks or any other major issues. Once the exterior was inspected, Kevin made sure to communicate what was found good or bad and explain approximate cost of repairs. Inside he took his time and checked everything very throughly. Again communicating is finding throughout his inspection. Finally when the inspection was completed he reviewed everything one more time and explained next steps. I had my written report with pictures same day. Beyond Kevin’s professionalism his jovial personality made the entire experience a pleasure. I went was anxious to confident by the end of the inspection, and would recommend Kevin and his team to anyone.

As a repairman and ample prior inspection time before hand, he had answered everything I asked (correctly). He caught all the defects I had seen, plus future references to repairs in time to come as on all homes. Very friendly on phone and helpful setting up schedule! Had to cancel and they were friendly, seller issue was resolved then contacted them w/o issue for a next day inspection! Can't ask for more.
