The best experience for a home inspection was with Maxwell Home Inspection Services. Throughly went through everything, very detailed explanations as what looked good, and what needed to be looked at, or what needed to have an eye kept on in future. Suggested small minor fixes / updates. Sent us our inspection report immediately after the inspection. Was very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Kevin for anyone in need of an incredibly thorough and professional home inspection. Kevin and his partner Vic were extremely detailed, taking the time to explain every aspect of the property. The report was comprehensive and provided invaluable insight. He caught 3 red flags and even pointed out ALL of the small stuff. I greatly appreciated the fact that he recommended getting a specialist out to take a further look at some aspects of the house, ultimately leading me to make an informed decision. The Maxwell Home Inspection Service recently inspected a house we are considering purchasing. The service couldn’t have performed any better. Kevin and his team let/invited us to follow them through the entire process; explaining what to look for in every area of the property. They not only pointed out any shortcomings and what type of professional could help fix it but also what was done right. And as promised, with the exception of a few lab results, which would come later, a full report was emailed to us by the end of the day! (Sunday!) In short, we walked away from the inspection with all we would need to continue with negotiations.
