The technician kept me informed of his projected arrival time, due to unexpected delays caused by a traffic problem. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, showed me what was broken (to prove that his diagnosis was correct), found out what caused it to be broken, and fixed both the cause and what was broken quickly. The price was reasonable.

Wow! Awesome service from Eli! Arrived on time as per the phone call for ETA. Extremely professional and awesome workmanship. He also helped re-adjust the doors to my satisfaction so that it can be completely flat and flush when fully closed. Tightened up the chain eliminating all slack which occurred over the years. Also showed where and what to lubricate with specialized door garage lubricant (Can be purchased as Canadian Tire) twice a year for general DYI maintenance.

Technician was awesome and incredibly efficient. I emailed on Sunday night about our door problem, and by 6:15am on Monday they responded and said someone could be by for a site call early that same afternoon. The technician replaced two big springs that were damaged and a bracket that had subsequently bent out of shape. He had everything already in his truck without being aware of what the issue was exactly before coming. Was able to quote me on the spot and he was wrapped up in 45 minutes. It was surprisingly one of the most seamless home fix-it projects I’ve ever experienced. Would highly recommend Titan and will do so to other fiends and neighbours for sure.

Omri was able to come the next morning . Our garage door would not stay down when closed and he knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he saw it and was able to fix it right away. We had had a different repair company come 3 weeks earlier and the technician wasn’t sure what the problem was, he seemed to get it working properly but it stopped working 2 days later and couldn’t fix it after numerous attempts. We’re so glad we finally contacted Titan as Omri got the job done properly the first time.

Our motor was smoking so we wanted to get it checked. Same day service! Which is important with a garage door. Service tech said our door motor was old but still working so he “balanced” the door which would make it easier on the motor. Door is a lot quieter now. Will call them again when we need a replacement motor. Quick honest service.
