The staff and doctor were friendly. They were able to address my concerns. I also liked how the doctor brought up putting in an insert where I have a missing tooth. No one brought that up before. And I liked how your office is going to determine if my insurance will pay for it. That means a lot to me. The cleaning also went well. I had a lot of questions for the hygienist and for the most part she was able to address them I like the screens behind the reception area. Especially the one that just shows reviews of scenery. Very relaxing. And I appreciate that they introduced me to those little micro brushes that I could use to clean between my teeth. They told me about this last year and I've used them a lot since. It would be nice to have some posters of nature on the ceiling so that when I am sitting there with work being done to me, I have something relaxing to look at.

Sandy was my hygienist this morning. She is so caring and so sweet, and holy wow speedy! I have an awful medical condition that causes me to vomit often, and since that is a deal for me, my gag reflex is hyper sensitive. She was patient and gentle and so kind. She is a gem for this location. Never ever let her leave!!

My Dental hygienist was amazing. I've never had a cleaning so good. I had my number for molar taken out. it broke into 5 pieces. I didn't feel thing. the dentist was great.my face is still Numb. lol

did a great job with my first ever dentalexam. They explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Theyw were also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

I am disappointed that my next appointment for a cleaning isn't until January 2022 because I have major teeth issues. The work that needs to be done will take forever. Not sure if I can wait that long.

I really appreciate each and every staff at Clear Lakes Dental☺ I have had horrible past dental experience But at Clear Lakes they have given me a different perspective that they are concerned about there patients greeting at the threshold of entering the office os warm,courteous and welcoming Im so excited to have all my dental work done as well as having Clear Lakes as my dental. Regardless of the type of insurance you have state or other wise everyone is treated with respect Clear Lakes Dental is AAA+++++ I went for a bite fitting and was having excruciating tooth pain I hate needles and let the staff know of my fears and past experiences they talked me through the numbing helping me to relax Thank you after the numbing process I was able to do the bite impression I appreciate being treated with care they are absolutely wonderful and professional looking forward to the next steps toward giving my smile back thank you Clear Lakes Staff. Dr. Chris and his assistant Shannon were amazing!!! They did a so many fillings and then fixed an ugly tooth I had when I smiled. I haven’t stopped smiling all day today. They went above and beyond, especially since they fit me in between clients and worked on me for almost 2 hours!!!! I truly am so thankful.

Alexis at the Robbinsdale clinic is awesome. She treats me with so much respect. And if the dr is running just a few min late. She will tell you what he’s doing and how long it should take. Don’t ever loose this girl she is and absolute keeper. PS The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5. Is that they can’t fit my dentures.

Everyone who works at this clinic is very professional and has great bedside manners. I had to have some cavities filled, the last time I had one I was 7 years old. I was soo nervous and anxiety ridden and I dont do well with needles AT ALL! Needless to say I was a mess but Dr. Chris? (that is if I heard his name correctly) was NOTHING short of awesome. He talked me through it all, and was very patient with me, he didn't make me feel bad for my fears. I walked out happy and much more confident for the next round.

Clean, professional, staff was nice. Brought my 4 year old to her 1st dentist appointment and they made her feel comfortable and was gentle on her. No wait time and they were timely prompt. The dentist I usually go for almost 7 years schedules are far out for a few months. Clear lakes is actually in the neighborhood I grew up for 2 decades now and I just discovered them. I already scheduled my 3 year old and myself for an upcoming visit. Thanks Clear Lakes Dental.

I have been the the clear lakes dental in Robbinsdale the last couple of times and each time they have been wonderful. Walked me through the whole process made sure I was comfortable and just a great experience. Although they're alittle ways from me , I deffinantly will have my kids be seen at this location as the one closer to me is booked out way to far just for a cleaning. I loved the team I've had my past 2 experiences. Thank you

If you have Medicare Rx that says it will cover one teeth cleaning and exam every year, be aware of the details of the panoramic x-ray charges. I was charged extra $50 without being informed in advance.
