Clear lakes Dental has consistently had the best dentists and hygienists and staff. Always helpful, always kind, never pushing just to make money, thorough and knowledgeable. We drive two hours, but it’s worth every gallon of gas.

Great service! The staff are incredibly organized and clear with their instructions from start to finish. While the practice has a strict no-late policy and firm scheduling rules. it’s all handled professionally and with care. Despite the fast-paced environment, they take time to make you feel seen and heard, it’s easy going. I had an extraction and a cleaning done, and both were smooth and well-managed. You can tell they value both efficiency and patient care. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this experience was awesome. Really great. And when I say that it’s not just your average Joe saying how great this services. Let me just break it down to you. They know what the hell they’re doing. They know exactly how to manage any, and all situations pertaining to your teeth. They’ll sit there and explain it to you. If it must. I don’t require gentleness, but everybody was very very gentle and caring. They just don’t want you to be in pain….. When I sat down and expressed my concern for my teeth, I was painting the picture of Me wanting to get rid of all my teeth, and would surprise, Me was, Dr. Matthew told me that he believes in saving the teeth that you were born with all the way into the End And if I’m thinking about just taking it all away. Then this is not the place for that. and it’s shocked Me, because this idea that he brought to me, wasn’t what he was saying. It’s how he said it. That was very clear to the message across the board. I’ll be honest, I thought it was going to be a shitty place because of the walk-ins and then accepting the state insurance, but I got everything but the shitty experience. There was nothing shitty about this place. Excuse my French, but I’m trying to let you know how great this place is by definition…… THAT PART!!!!!

The staff was so kind and helpful..I went for my first appointment today and was having tooth pain..I was having trouble finding a provider that would accept my insurance for a root canal, I called Clear Lakes Dental in Robbinsdale back and they lady I spoke to was so kind and helpful..She was able to speak to the dentist, who also was kind and helpful and called me back for a appointment tomorrow to get my tooth pulled.. We need more kind helpful people like the staff at Clear Lakes Dental...Thanks so much.. Great place

I was literally less than 10 mins late for my appointment...and was removed for checking in at 2:06 for my 2:00 appointment with no consideration that the parking lot was being worked nor that they're on the 3rd floor and its one elevator...I was very disappointed and the only two options I was given was to wait to see if I could be considered a walkin or reschedule....But im happy now because they did get me in after 20 mins for a walkin...other wise the staff is very pleasant....
