From the very first contact Juliana made with me, she was warm and friendly; informative; accommodating; and sincere. I had sent her photographs of the style of hair I wanted and was very specific about the colours and combination. She worked with me in determining the ombre colour scheme, the length and volume that would best suit the texture of my hair. She explained the before and after care for the micro-fusion process to me in great detail and made my life so much easier as this was my first experience with micro-fusion hair extensions. I am absolutely in love with the result. My jaw literally dropped when I saw them the first time. Juliana herself is truly one of the friendliest people I have met in my life. I had so much fun getting to know her. She makes you feel at ease and you bond with her immediately. Hands down best experience ever! I would highly recommend!!!
