The team at Doug Hopkins gave us a very fair offer for our home and they made it as easy as possible to move. It’s possible we may have gotten more money had we listed with an agent spent weeks or months on the market through a number of showings, and then the constant upkeep but the Doug Hopkins team removed all of that from the table, paid cash and it was as easy as could be. I would recommend anybody at least talking with them if they’re going to sell your home.

Sincerely, I can’t “praise n thank” enough for Doug Hopkins Team. I reach out to them for no hassle quick sale of my home n our contract of closing of escrow was suppose due on June 11, 2026. However, my difficult circumstance I was unable to execute close escrow on that day n this really caused me major stress n nearly complete breakdown. Fair offer , they are true to their word . Staff was always checking in throughout the closing to see if they could offer assistance. When I needed something they responded right away . They let us stay 2 weeks after closing .We were able to leave what we didn’t want in the home .

We had a little snag because our house had solar panels and we had to buyout the lease. It was no fault of Doug Hopkins people, but Tesla dragged it out. Satisfied with our payout because we had just bought another house and needed to act fast. Could have probably gotten more in the long run, but selling to DH we saved closing costs, time, additional maintenance and cleaning expenses.

I called & was given an appointment within a day. I did a walk through with my Agent. The house was rather run down, but REMOVEDwas not put off by the work needed. I contacted Doug Hopkins, at a time of grief for our family, after seeing their promo on TV many times. Forest, the rep who answered my call, mostly listened, as I shared the need to make a change, and considering selling my condo. He was patient and professional as my emotions unpredictable during this time. He would ck back with an agreed on space of time, no pressure!! After careful consideration, I made an appt with their Realtor Josh Barton. I was given a reasonable time to consider his offer. He returned for signing, and explained the next step with Clear Title of AZ, and my requests for advance of funds to start arduous rental process and given needed time to pack before closing date. Clear Title was timely with appointment, and explained every detail clearly, and the transaction, in reality, was complete, except for one easy process for signature at the end. Leslie, at Doug Hopkins, was very helpful and considerate, as the deadline neared. I was promptly notified by Clear title and the closing was a very smooth process!! Doug Hopkins was true to their claims in every aspect.

I had a nice little house in Mesa and reached out to Doug Hopkins (DH) to see if they were interested in buying it. Right out of the gate, I could tell I was speaking with a very competent gentleman. While we couldn’t arrive at a number that worked for both sides, he suggested having DH list the property for me instead.

That task was assigned to John F. I met John at the property and immediately found him to be very sharp and clearly knowledgeable when it comes to selling real estate. We received a full-price offer in very short order, and the property has since closed.
