I love Hoodsly. Not only are they incredibly easy to work with, but I recently had an experience with them and specifically Haylee Sullivan at Hoodsly. She went out her way to help me and walk me through some steps I needed to take care of an error that I personally made. Great customer service! We had to make several changes to our hood after placing the order and they were able to get those changes made and issued us a refund promptly. The hood also shipped before the anticipated ship date, so we were able to install it early. When you're renovating a kitchen, it's important that everything come together in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Hoodsly to friends and family. Most importantly - our new vent hood is beautiful and the centerpiece of our new kitchen!
