I love Hoodsly. Not only are they incredibly easy to work with, but I recently had an experience with them and specifically Haylee Sullivan at Hoodsly. She went out her way to help me and walk me through some steps I needed to take care of an error that I personally made. We purchased a beautiful vent hood from Hoodsly and they were excellent to deal with and the customer service is exceptional! I would highly recommend this business for your kitchen needs. The quality of the hood is exquisite and so well made. We also purchased a tradewind vent and we would also highly recommend this type of vent.

Great customer service! We had to make several changes to our hood after placing the order and they were able to get those changes made and issued us a refund promptly. The hood also shipped before the anticipated ship date, so we were able to install it early. When you're renovating a kitchen, it's important that everything come together in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Hoodsly to friends and family. Most importantly - our new vent hood is beautiful and the centerpiece of our new kitchen!
