I ordered an all leather executive office chair from Wellington's. We called in and spoke to the owner, she was extremely friendly and helpful with our color options. I was promised the chair in ten to twelve weeks; it arrived in four. Beautiful, comfortable chair. Very well put together, the quality and workmanship is very obvious. I love my two new couches. I chose two different but similar couches as one has a sofa bed pull out and the other recliners with articulating headrest. Both are amazing!! The leather is beautiful! I chose tier-4 leather with color named, Thunderstruck. Which gave it a Unique, Distressed color pattern. It took around 7/8 weeks to receive and delivery was excellent, and totally worth the wait. Very nice folks! I will always recommend the Wellington’s Fine Leather Furniture to any and all looking for quality leather furniture!

It’s hard to order something you can’t physically see but when I called the company & described exactly what I wanted plus they had me send them a picture of the couch I wanted to match, I got leather samples.
I called them, went through all the details. They are beautiful.

I was a little hesitant to order online but once I learned the make of the chairs (a brand I had purchased prior and loved) I felt more comfortable. The people at Wellington I worked with on my order were FANTASTIC. They went out of there way to answer my questions, & get me samples of the leather fabric. I love the chairs, they are everything I was hoping for and more!

Selecting just the right color and design couldn't have been easier. Every person who I spoke with was extremely helpful.

Our sofa fit and blended in perfectly with our other furnishings, which was the goal! It is exquisitely well made and very comfortable. It passed the "nap test" right away.

Best of all, it arrived before Christmas and we had been expecting a mid to late January delivery. The delivery crew couldn't have been better!

We have told all of our friends in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area that purchasing through Wellington is the way to go.

Was an absolute pleasure to do business with Wellington's. I knew what I wanted and called to get pricing. Stephanie was very nice and off the top of her head, answered all my questions, even knowing that the leather I had picked was possibly being discontinued. So very pleased with my purchase, with Wellington's and the shipping company. I bought the Bradington Young, Melville recliners and 84 inch sofa. While the recliners aren't the best for this house (have to be pulled out 17 inches for recline), I was thinking long term.
I want to add that leaning back into the recliner is like leaning into butter. We don't use the couch but it feels good when I have tried it.....lol

We were replacing living room furniture and had some specific requirements. Primarily we needed to get fade resistent leather and were able to communicate directly with the leather processor to get leather with the highest fade resistant rating.

Since the amount of furniture and its cost was a factor we needed to be assured it would be comfortable. Wellington arranged for us to visit the factory and we were not only able to sit on the furniture and judge its comfort, we had the opportunity to see its entire manufacturing process and talk to the craftsmen making it.

We could not ask for better service.

I ordered a navy blue chair and matching ottoman in August and received a little ahead of schedule before October. I love the design even though it seemed a little smaller than I had expected. The ladies at Wellingtons were super nice to answer all my questions during the ordering process and also sent samples of the material to assure me of the color. They could not have been nicer. The only negative thing that I have to say is that there was a small scuff on the back of the chair on the left wing. I don't know how it happened and did not see it until the delivery men had left. I did see them open the box on my sidewalk and it could have happened then, but really there is no way to know. It is very small and will probably only be noticed by me. Otherwise, the product and the service was great.

They are exactly what we were expecting! The sales people wonderful to work with, making sure the chairs and leather were exactly what we wanted. They took several pictures of the leather samples for us, and then followed up by mailing the samples so we could be certain of the color before we ordered. The chairs were completed on time. Delivery company was great. They contacted us ahead of time to confirm delivery. They were very clean, courteous and punctual.

We began our search for traditional leather “club chairs” locally in Ohio. After transforming our front room into a bourbon den we wanted something that appeared aged, vintage, rustic and not modern. We came up empty handed and that is when we stumbled across WFLF (Wellingtons). It ticked all of our boxes-customizable (leather color and grade, nail trim, wood color). Made in America (women owned was an EXCEPTIONAL bonus). Pages and pages of positive reviews including pictures.
We primarily spoke directly with Donna and we had all the questions! This was after all a big investment for us. She called, she text, she emailed. We received samples, images of button/wood options. There was no stone unturned when it came to this company. Donna went above and beyond to make sure we considered the leather (types and durability), the cushion material, pillows etc. We placed our order at the very end of July 2024 and before the end of October we had white glove delivery! Our patience was rewarded and our chairs EXCEED our expectations! They are stunning, butter soft, beautiful two tone. You just melt into them.
You WILL get what you pay for at Wellingtons and we look forward to all of the time we will spend relaxing in these chairs.

The customer service we received was outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The website was very detailed and complete and provided information other sites did not which helped us make informed decisions. The leather samples were free which is not common. The delivery was made as scheduled and they kept us updated. The sofa and loveseat are well made and are exactly as described. We were looking for quality protected full grain (all over) leather furniture (to withstand stains and dog scratches) and only Wellington had furniture in our price range (about $2,000 for sofa) that met our needs. So far the furniture looks great and is comfortable (firm cushions). We would shop Wellington again and recommend it to others.

I can't say enough about the product and the staff at Wellington's Fine Leather Furniture. After searching the web, their leather sofas were far superior. I was able to modify my sofa so that it was higher off the floor and the cushions were firmer . Stephanie assisted me, send me samples, and was willing to work with me when I modified my original specifications and added an ottoman. The "white glove" delivery was fantastic. It takes a while for Wellington to manufacture the furniture for you, but considering this is a lifetime investment, it isn't long at all.

Beautiful leather chair. Could definitely use more padding in arms as wood support can be felt when using arms as support to stand up. Delivery company failed to show up on scheduled date of a Saturday and failed to call. Showed up on a Sunday without prior call; lucky we were home. Drivers wouldn't take box the chair was delivered in with them so I had to dispose of it. Drivers were very unprofessional and rude. I informed company of delivery issues.
