The wait was well worth it! It’s beautifully made, looks wonderful in our space and the leather is gorgeous and exactly the color that I wanted! I should also mention the wonderful staff that answered my initial questions and took my order!! Fantastic, knowledgeable, and personable. We ordered a Carolina Custom Leather oversized (long and deep seating) leather sofa and two oversized ottomans. Stephanie at Wellington's very professionally guided us through the design process, leather selection, cushion selection, and ordering process. She sent us numerous swatches, provided specific recommendations, and was exceptionally timely and accessible to answer questions and provide guidance. The delivery timeline was exactly as forecast and actually slightly earlier than anticipated, allowing our family to enjoy our wonderful leather sofa and ottomans for the entire holiday season. Delivery was fine, leather is wonderful, color is as expected. Everything is as expected except one thing: The seat is a few inches too high. My old recliner lifted my feet higher that my seat. This one lifts them to a couple of inches lower than my seat, but the problem is the height of the seat. I think the seat cushion itself is a little too high, because I don't "sink" into the chair as much. It makes it seem like the arms and feet are not quite high enough. I would give it 5 stars if the fully reclined position held my feet a little higher.
