From the start this company was amazing. I decided to go with a local smaller company because I was brought up to try to help the little guy and I think the big people get enough business. I feel like we got better service because of that they were very responsive and Lindsey was great, she's the one that answered the phone and helped me with the situation. We had problems with our insurance company and there was a lot of running around making phone calls because our adjuster wasn't doing her job correctly and Lindsay was very compassionate about that and in the end State farm ended up paying the amount minus the deduction it took much work on my part and WET to get that done. In summary I feel that this is a great company they do a good job and they're very friendly and concerned. Thanks WET for your help and your professionalism.

Tom was great to work with, he was very detailed oriented, honest and was able to start the next day on cleanup work. Lindsay handled customer service like a professional and made life a lot easier for me. I want to thank the cleaning crew for the job they’ve done and the company for doing quality work. Highly recommend and worth the money. For the job they’ve done it gives you peace of mind.

Had serious mold concerns about the house we moved into. They took a look at anything suspicious. We were able to commission them for a mold removal and also got a head start on handling a few water issues (gutter issues) that they discovered before winter hit. Very satisfied with the thorough job!

When a nasty storm came through our area, we had several unfortunate incidents that happened to our property. We decided that a divorce attorney wouldn’t be the first call we should make. Instead we called WET. They professionally and courteously cleaned our entire flooded basement—even removing 2’ of drywall. I hope this this doesn’t sound like any other review with trite words. I speak from a positive experience and absolutely would recommend WET to anyone who truly cares about saving their marriage and their home.

We experienced flooding in our newly finished basement on Oct 19, 2020 when our sump pump float switch stuck while we were getting heavy rains. WET was recommended by the plumber we called. They answered my wife's call Monday night & were at my house the next day. They removed the damaged flooring, cleaned everything, vacuumed the remaining water, removed base boards & drilled holes in the dry wall near the floor allow air access & ran many blowers & dehumidifiers for 3 days to completely dry everything out. We recommend them & would call them again if necessary.

Great experience, we had a tech out within 12 hours of our sump pump failing to begin the water extraction and mitigation process. They did a great job working with our homeowners insurance policy to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Early September we had a horrible water backup situation which resulted in many gallons of raw sewage on our 1st floor (bathroom, hallway and kitchen) and basement. The WET team responded quickly and did a remarkable job cleaning the mess and removing all damaged property, sanitizing, and air-scrubbing, dehumidifying and drying out all parts of our house that were damaged. Sadly, despite our plumber's assurance that the backup wouldn't happen again before we had a pipe replaced, the same situation occurred six days later - the night before the plumber was schedule to excavate and replace the sewage pipe. Once again, the WET team came out and made it all alright. Our contact for WET was Rose. She was quick to answer questions and even helped us by quickly sending information including photos directly to our insurance company. Rose was quite patient with us as the insurance company took an absurdly long time (2 months) to complete their payment to WET for their services. Although I hope to never need them again, I'm happy and confident in knowing that the WET team can be counted on for quick and professional service.

Wow. These guys arrived in less than 2 hours from the time our water damage occurred. They were very professional and explained in detail everything they were going to do. They reassured us that we had nothing to worry about, all would be taken care of. They were very thorough and polite. They keep to their word and took care of everything.
