My team picked Waste Cost Solutions to be our ecology partner for the Jackson T. Stephens Cup in Juno Beach, Florida. Leading up to the event we had calls with their team to go over the site plan, expectations of their team, and schedule of events for the four day event. Our expectations of their team prior to the event were to efficiently place waste bins across the golf course and hospitality spaces, manage all bins and waste, communicate efficiently with our team, and keep all hospitality spaces clean for players and VIP guests. The Waste Cost Solutions team absolutely killed the entire event. They went above and beyond to ensure that all waste on-course and in hospitality venues were effectively managed. Everyday their team would arrive earlier than the time our team asked them to show up, just to rescan the entire venue for any waste, and at the end of the day they would stay until all parties were gone and clean up any waste left behind. During the day, their team efficiently would sweep the venue to make sure no bins would ever come close to overflowing, and constantly communicate with our team if they ever saw a situation arising. Finally, Waste Cost Solutions load-in and load-out for the event was seamless. Their first day on-site our team showed them their back of house space, the layout of the venue, and a high level understanding of the operations occurring daily. Within a days time their team had all waste bins set up across the venue and were prepped for the event to begin. Post event, their team loaded out in less than a day and ensured that all their assets were off property.
