I would like to thank David Maddux and the guys from Waco Foundation for their help this past year. I have used them multiple times to repair foundations at homes I have listed. Most recently, they came back out to a home on the day of closing, and provided quick and efficient service, all while doing so in a pouring down rain. Dewey and his crew did a great job. They were on time, and hit the task hard and completed it in minimum time, despite doing so in a heavy rainstorm. If you’re looking for a foundation company that actually knows how to keep things from falling apart—look no further. These guys don’t just level houses, they level up expectations. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were on time, on point, and honestly kind of fun to work with (and let’s be real, how often do you say that about someone digging up your yard?).

They explained everything without the usual contractor confusion, didn’t try to upsell nonsense, and powered through the work like their lunch break depended on it. I swear they fixed more cracks than a chiropractor.

Bottom line: solid crew (pun fully intended), great service, and now my house feels like it’s standing proud and ready for the next 50 years. Highly recommend!

Honest Company. Great options for different levels of install. Fast and Efficient leveling of your concrete. David is easy and transparent to work with. His lead guy Duey was personable and friendly. Removed dirt was re-packed in layers and re-graded to ensure ground water is directed away from the slab.
