Amazing company to do buisness with. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. They worked with us with our situation and were happy to accommodate my husband's work schedule for appointments.We received a fair cash offer for our home(slightly higher than other places we inquired with). Everyone we worked with was polite and made us feel comfortable with the process and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell their house quickly for cash.

After being bombarded with offers to buy from all over *****************, we decided we wanted to deal with a local firm and have the ability to meet face-to-face. **** First responded quickly and made a fair offer. Don't use the Tax Appraisal as a true indication of the value of your home unless you have recently renovated it. The sale proceeded on schedule and we closed in a very reasonable time, and they paid all the fees as promised. Waco First Home Buyers are a delight to work with.

Stinson is the best! He is so polite and considerate of the people he is dealing with. Paige is so sweet and helpful on the phone. It was a difficult decision for our mother to sell her place, but they helped every way possible to make it easier for her.

We were trying to sell our house with 5.8 acres. Talked with several buyers. We were offered a price, then right before closing they said we can’t do that price. Gave us another price and again the closing date was cancelled due to some reason on their end.

Stinson had came out once and came back with an offer. We contacted him again and he again came out with a contractor to see what they were working with. Not 15 minutes later I was signing a contract and no issues at all. I would highly recommend Waco First Home buyers.

Spoke with Paige a few times about our home in China Spring. It was a major fixer-upper initially but we worked hard on it and spent a lot of money to revamp the place. Paige was interested in our progress and provided excellent advice that turned into a major, positive change in our lives. I don’t love the process of buying, fixing up and selling and moving but this time it was the right thing to do. Paige was honest, open and very “matter of fact” about the market and what we should do. She was an integral part of a big success for us and she never took a dime. We appreciate her more than we can say.

I called Stinson when I made the decision to sell my home. I recently was separated, starting a divorce, & wanted to sell fast to get it over with. After viewing the house, he was honest & let me know selling through a realtor was the best option for my home to get the most dollar. He was honest, and sincerely compassionate with my situation.
