I called and the receptionist was super kind, we scheduled a date for the technician to come out and take a look. On the day the technician came, the receptionist called ahead of time to confirm the date and time was still good and I told her just to make sure to give me a heads up on exact arrival time since I may be on a work call. The service guy was great, he reviewed the issue and determined that the door hinges may be cause. The company gave me an estimate quickly and placed the order for the new parts.
