After interviewing several agents, we chose Vincent because of his North SD knowledge and his great listening skills. After successfully purchasing our house, we are happy to endorse him. His easy going nature made us feel very comfortable, and we were able to build trust. His diligence made him dependable, making sure that our interests were properly represented. His ability to read the offer situation and provide counsel led us to success! And finally, even after we closed, he continued to help us coordinate things like the gardener before we moved in.

I had the pleasure of representing a buyer for one of Vincent's listings. As is the case these days, being a listing agent can be pretty grueling with all the calls one gets. Vincent however, answered his phone and was very professional in our conversations. Vincent shared what he could to help me write an offer that was selected by the seller. My experience with Vincent Morris could not have been better. The level of attention, professionalism, and care that he brings to his work is really too notch. When my mother passed unexpectedly, my brother found was referred to Vincent to help selling her house and it was the best choice we could have made. Vincent helped us navigate getting the house ready for market and assisted in getting repairs and marketing done even though my brother and I lived in different places. At a time when we were dealing with stress and grief , Vincent helped keep things on track and we were able to sell within days of listing at more than asking price. Vincent responded right away to any issues, clarified any confusion and saved us money and stress by having really great and affordable people work for him. The other realtors that we met with before Vincent wanted to list the house for less and did not inspire confidence. Beyond being a professional Vincent is a kind, and genuine person and I am grateful to have worked with him!

I cannot more highly recommend Vincent and his team. I interviewed multiple agents and what stood out immediately was his authenticity and easy-going, 'non-sales" approach. I was also impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the area in which we were selling our family home. Vincent was also optimistic about selling at a higher price than other agents I had met, who seemed eager for a fast experience and quick commission.

Vincent's profound analysis of our home was very helpful and led to a significant list of required and recommended changes, most of which we eventually accepted as smart investments in getting our home ready to sell in a tight and uncertain market. I can say confidently that these suggestions on improvements gave us the look and feel we needed to sell a luxury house. The final offer we accepted reflected Vincent's work in getting the house up the required standard.

In a practical sense, Vincent went above and beyond in helping us to fix and repair items and pay vendors and handymen since our family does not live locally. He had a great organized timeline and budget plan for us from the beginning and checked in often. We chose him partially on his willingness to help us "project manage" these situations and he really came through. He earned our trust quickly and was very careful to communicate about the house alarm, who would be in the home and when, and he was always checking in to assess progress or hold people accountable to our schedule.

Lastly, his marketing expertise and familiarity with the North San Diego County Coastal really made the difference. The micro details mattered and we wound up accepting an offer above our optimistic asking price one immediately after our open house. There were several other seriously interested buyers as well so we know that house was seen in the all the right places.

Selling a family home after a loss was not easy but Vincent's low-key, can-do attitude made this experience the best that it could be under the circumstances. Top notch realtor and great guy.
