We had a sizable restoration project with some unique access challenges and Village Restoration & Custom Homes did a fantastic job across all aspects of the job. They finished on time, within budget (and were very conscientious of and worked very hard to stay within our budget with creative solutions to do so), showed up on time every day, cleaned up the job site every day (we were living in the house during re-construction), were great communicators, were incredibly respectful of our home and property. And, the work / craftsmanship was excellent. Highly, highly recommend them and will absolutely call them for our next project!

We used Village Restoration to renovate our home in the Old Mtp/Old Village area. We ended up doing a full demo and rebuild which saved us time and money. Village Restoration was wonderful to work with. They were extremely knowledgable, within budget, and finished the entire project on time. I have a habit of doing a lot of change orders because I add items during projects, and they were always able to accommodate my requests perfectly. They are a family owned business and I feel like that makes a huge difference in the way you are treated as a client. 10/10!
