Len is a Gem. What other lawyer (none that I know of) would drive to a location convenient to the client on a Sunday night to ensure a signature on a closing the next morning? Len helped me through what should have been a straight closing but seemed, to me, to take every unexpected twist (though Len, who is obviously kind, assured me this was normal). And he answered my "calls"/cries promptly and as needed (regardless of the day or hour) with clear and expert advice. He was a good listener and a great guide. I could rely on Len and hope to again.
