I go here on the reg for their breakfast burritos. Grab and go. Not a fan of the Bacon, but the Carnitas is amazing, and Chorizo is also great. Price is right, even though they just recently increased $.50 (12/2023)

We love Vatos Tacos. It has the best tacos in the Fort Collins area. We made some suggestions about their weekly special which we didn’t find hot enough. I think it was called the en fuego taco. John hooked us up by making a “chef’s special.” He changed the salsa to the fire roasted salsa and added pickled onions. He also made a coconut shrimp taco with extra Adobo sauce and mango salsa (his creation as well). They both were awesome and more to our taste than what was on the menu. Thanks John for your great service and creative taco sensations. Also a shout out to Meagan (spelling ?) who told us all about the new menu coming up and was extremely personable.
