My experience was very hopeful and the staff was so friendly and supportive and they also have the most wonderful music you ever wanted to hear. From the doctor all the way down to the medical staff. I recommend this place to everyone that is experiencing a severe medical condition.

I had the generac embolization procedure done on Friday 10/11/24. Due to countless issues and my reluctance to have knee replacement I choose this procedure. The procedure itself was pretty painless, post procedure I experienced a little discomfort. I used the pain medication prescribed on the first night and that was all. Aside from swelling at the ankle at the point of incision and tightness in the achilles and calf no other area of discomfort. Pain the area of the knee seems to have lessened considerably following the procedure. If I can be pain free in this area for a while I would deem this succesful, only time will tell. The entire staff at True Precision was wonderful, professional and courteous. Thank you.

Other than being behind schedule when I arrived. The procedure went well and I was satisfied with the experience. Woke on the next more a bit sore in the calf, knee and quad areas but once that subsided I had no other pains to speak of. Some lingering soreness after a week but that’s to be expected. Overall great experience and wonderful staff. They made extra effort to communicate with me considering I’m Deaf. The extra effort goes a long way for and five stars is warranted.

I was in a lot of pain when I went into the office Wednesday, I was taken back to the room very quickly. The doctor came in, did an exam of both my knee and my elbow and injected steroids into both sites. really liked the way the surgeon advised the pros and cons of the steroid use. I have found a great deal of relief by Friday in my knee in particular. This office although it is quite a trip has very caring, personable staff and doctors. Thank You

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. Everyone was very nice and helpful which considering that this is a busy place. I noticed all the patients were treated with respect and kindness. No talking behind the scenes about crabby people or any personal gossip. Had the GAE procedure done on my right knee on 10/11/24. Pretty painless. Vascular Center was very professional and courteous. Little discomfort overnight. Hoping that pain will be elevaiated, will know better in a few days. Keeping my fingers crossed. So far, so good! .

I found the address without problem and got checked in quickly. I was taken back earlier than I expected, the only problem I ran into is that I do not weigh at Doctor's offices anymore and the nurse tried to push me into it. She tried to tell me the insurance requires it, which I knew was incorrect as I do not weigh at my primary or my pulmonary doctor's offices. IF I was going to be given some test or medication it would be different, but I never am. I then saw Greg who examined my knee and asked many questions. Apparently they did not receive copies of my xrays although I brought some old MRI's. Once insurance approves, we will be putting steroid shots in both knee and shoulder. Greg did advise me of potential complications with the steroids. Overall, it was a great visit. Just wish they weren't so far away.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn't feel rushed even being the last patient out. The procedure was a breeze, now the healing will be slow, but hopefully the knee pain will be less in the future for awhile.

All of the staff are frendly, kind nd courteous. I was very nervous about the procedure, the staff help to calm my nervs and make me feel comforitable. The procedure was over before I knew it. I was contacted on 2 occasions after the procedure to check on my well being and health, I have never had that happen before with other clinics. Thank you

10/8/24 Had my first visit today. All staff members were friendly, courteous & professional. After a very informative explanation, I found out I am a candidate for their GAE procedure. I look forward to returning next week and pain relief to my knees for years to come.

I was pleased with the ability to get this process done quickly. Also pleased with staff and doctor. Doctor explained procedure to me with a video! Very helpful! Recovery not long as I was able to take care of myself throughout. Now into the second week. Knee is not as stiff but it feels like I have rubber bands around it. I have gotten leg cramps a few times. I thought I had these under control from back stenosis. I pray they are not going to start again.

My right knee was in a lot of pain had surgery on Wednesday and I was able to walk that afternoon without very much pain. I will schedule an appointment to have my left knee taken care . Told my son about it and that he should think about it.

I had the GAE procedure done on my Right knee. I had excruciating pain in my knee prior to the procedure. I am two weeks out and I still have slight pain when walking but happy to say that I do not have pain while lying down. I am finally able to sleep through the night. I wish I knew about this procedure a few years ago. Thank you to the doctor and nurses who cared for me.

Great group of people at this place. Had very good results on my right knee and although not pain free, I have a lot less swelling and inflammation and able to move it a lot better. I just had the left knee done two weeks ago and still experiencing some pain from the procedure as well as swelling and inflammation, but seems I'm able to get more range of motion out of it already. From what I understand, the left knee procedure was able to get to 4 different areas, where the right knee procedure was only able to get to three different areas. Still a ways to go toward recovery, but it's getting there.
