My husband was seen at this location. Getting the appt was very timely from the referral. Had early appt w no wait wait. The staff was very nice n friendly. The tech was very knowledgeable and engaging and professional not to overstep his position. The Dr. Visit was quick n informative. First time with this department for my husband.could have used a little more time with the dr.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Dr. Charmathy and Melissa at the Bedford location. We were in a situation that needed immediate attention and are moving my Mother in Law to this side of town. Dr. Charmathy and Melissa treated us like we had been with them for years. The genuine compassion and concern for her health and well-being was unbelievable. I received a personal phone call from Dr Charmathy, we talked for 20 minutes. He wanted to really understand her situation. He ordered tests Stat and Melissa called and got us the appointments we needed. Keep in mind, they were doing this for a patient they have never met . I have never felt more safe, thankful and cared for by a Dr.'s office ... Ever !!! I honestly think they have angel wings 💝 We have such peace of mind knowing her health is in the hands of two people that genuinely care. We are so grateful that we found Dr. Charmathy and Melissa at the Vascular Institute.

The staff from the front office to radiologist to the Dr. Very attentive and made sure the process was easy to go through for my husband who is visually impaired. The Ladies who administered the test had the best bedside manors letting him know at all times what was being done. Great clean office.
