Today I Had A Consult With Vascular Institute About My Knee Problem To See If My Knee Can Be Repaired On September Twenty First I Had A Procedure To Repair My Knee It Went Very Smooth The Nurse's Were Very Professional And Plesent To Me They Were Kind And They Were Hand's On From Start To Finish I Will Recommend The Vascular Institute To My Family And Friends. Thank You Very Much I Will Be Getting The Other Knee Done Soon As I Can!!!!

Experienced a super easy procedure. Felt fabulous after the procedure. The doctor and his entire staff were above and beyond fabulous! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating.
I had no difficulties whatsoever after the procedure.

This was 2nd surgery on the same leg, problem continued after the first surgery, this time seems better it’s been 8 days since surgery, hopefully it will help me recover and function properly, so far it’s good took time but walking with minimal discomfort

Had my other knee done and still the Greatest staff ever. Everyone of them was pleasant and an absolute joy. Wished I worked there cuz they seem like a close knit family. Dr. Hunter was hilarious, handsome, friendly and the kind of doctor that makes you feel like you are in extremely good hands. Ask him to sing for you. He has a great singing voice, tells hilarious g rated jokes and even dances. My nurse Krystal was incredibly amazing with how she took such good care of me from start to finish as well as a great listener and funny as you know what. And Kevin gave me a great understanding of what was going on with my knees and what they were gonna do. His demeanor was refreshing and he made me feel like a medical expert that I could definitely trust. Every single staff member from the ladies at the front desk (Adriana) to the doctors, nurses and everyone assisting all met me with warm regards, a bright smile and a professional and welcoming embrace. Love this office of people!!!! Id recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I had my initial procedure yesterday 30 August 2023 and it was painless and the staff were fantastic. My only issue was getting my prescription sent to the correct pharmacy on time. Pain to the site or to the knee has been almost none. Looking forward to getting the second knee done.

Everyone was efficient, professional and friendly. Adrianna who made the paperwork and phone calls to make the whole procedure possible. Taylor was super nice, professional and made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end. Terrell was excellent getting that IV needle in even though my veins were very uncooperative. And Dr. Hunter is a gem. He explained everything and made me feel confident about the whole procedure. During the procedure it ended up that I was able to see it and had the whole team make it an interesting, special, and enjoyable experience. So my knee, being only one day out, seems to be feeling better. I can't recommend the Vascular Institute any higher.

I have been having pain in my left knee at intervals for several years. I've tried PT, cortisone and gel shots with some success but I know the pain will return and I'm not quite ready for total knee surgery and the time it takes to rehab and recover. I have "bone on bone" so I'm a candidate for GAE ( Genicular Artery Embolization). The treatment takes only a day with very little recovery and studies are finding that it decreases pain and inflammation for 2 or more years in most cases. Kate was the NP I saw for an intitial consultation and she was phenominal. She explained the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions and left a date, time open ended so that I could have time to decide when or if I was going to have this done. I am confident that I will be contacting them again after I complete some travel I have already booked ( and hoping that the gel shot I received in May is still working until then).

My first visit was to get more info and to see if it was a good fit. They are very friendly and answered all my questions. I really got excited because I have bone on bone and I love to walk and bike ride. They gave me hope that I will be able to do both again. I had to get new x-rays & MRI. I went back on 4 weeks to . review x-rays. The next step was blood work and schedule procedure. I'm thinking a month. Nope they were able to do my labs there and they did it that day. Dr. Hunter and his staff are the best. They had me smiling as they told jokes, danced and had a good time. I knew I would have pain because I was really hurting when I went in. First day I was miserable. This dyay 3 as I write and I am PAIN FREE. Thank you all for giving me my life back!!!!💞💝🥰💖💘

I wanted another opinion pertaining to my legs. My Primary referred me to Vascular Institute and I'm so glad he did. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant. I was seen by Katherine Lynch. She listened to everything I had to say, didn't rush very respectful. My legs were scanned and I will find out in a couple of weeks for the results.

My 1st visit and last angioplasty were great, my 2nd angioplasty wasn’t as good felt pain, was so much better on my last. Don’t know why I felt the pain not enough anesthesia was awake and not semi awake. Dr. Roa very good explaining all that I needed to know.

PAIN-FREE, PAIN-FREE, PAIN-FREE! I have bone on bone bilateral osteoarthritis in my knees. After having GAE, this procedure has saved my life. I'm back to being my old self. No more walker, no more unsteadiness, no more fear of going up or down the stairs. I am pain-free.

DR. HUNTER and the ENTIRE TEAM are the BEST. From the moment you call to schedule a consultation for the GAE procedure, to check-in for the consultation, the procedure and after care are nothing short of white glove service. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

I recommend that anyone , should give vascular institute a call .I love the way that they makes me feel better about wanting to help me with pain. and the people are so nice. the doctors speak with you as like they can feel your pain, their is much carrying for people's.
