Dr. Hunter and the nurses were great! Dr. Hunter’s bedside manner was excellent. He is highly skilled, educated and trained. He is passionate on the procedures he performs and calmed all my fears as he carefully explained everything before and all throughout the procedure. Brooke and Tasha as well as the nurses in the operating room were so kind and professional.

+What can I say, Adriana was very courteous and patient when scheduling my appointment, Brooke, Dr. Hunter, and the staff treated me like royalty. The procedure was completed without incident and recovery was monitored closely, until I was discharged with a ride to a vehicle to take me home, which by the way was provided by affiliates of True Precision Medical. From beginning to end, the care and service I received, calmed my nervousness because of the professionalism, concern for my wellness and the wonderful attitudes and demeanor shown by the entire staff. Sonia called to inquire as to my recovery and if there were any issues of concern, She assured me that they were there to assist anytime. What a comfort that is. Thank you all.

I was very impressed with their staff and how friendly they were. I didnt know if this would help my pain or stop me from taking so many pain medications. But I was just delighted that I could sleep, and that pain was gone. The first night and Im up walking, and I keep waiting to feel the pain again. But its not there, and its wonderful.So thank you very much true precision.

I had the best experience at your facility Dr Hunt is the best the staff there is incredibly caring funny they make you feel comfortable and they take the fear away I had no problems afterwards a matter of fact I made my appointment for my left knee March 11th looking forward to getting it done you guys are miracle workers I thank you from the bottom of my heart now Ill be able to go dancing

The medical staff was very professional, courteous and the procedure went great. After the procedure, post op, and briefing from the Doctor, I was able to walk out of the office with no pain in my knee and only minor discomfort that went away days later. Highly recommend!

Im very happy so far. My knee felt better right away. Ive had a little bruise near the entrance site but that is already getting better. Im excited to finally put the chronic pain robbing me of my mobility behind me.!!!

I had a great experience with TruePrecision Medical. I had a knee procedure called Genicular Artery Embolization, or GAE. All of the staff were professional, friendly, funny and overall GREAT. All went as scheduled. I had no pain at all during or after my surgery. I would highly recommend getting this done if you need to get help with knee pain.

Cant say anything negative about my procedure at True Precision Medical. Front office staff was very friendly and efficient getting me signed in. The young woman and man who got me ready in preop were also very friendly, explained everything that was about to take place in detail. Made sure all my questions were answered. Got me set up to monitor my vitals until I was released. Dr. Rao did my GAE. came in to see me first and again went over everything. Answered my questions. The procedure itself was uneventful. No issues. Was given a mild Anastasia ( i think thats what it was ) anyway it worked great. I felt nothing at a like though I could hear the Doctor talking about the procedure while he worked. Went back to recovery and that young woman and man were there to keep an eye on me. I was wide awake, no ill effects . About an hour or so after a final check over i was checked out. Walked out on my own. No problem. This visit was for my right knee. I will be going back for my left. If you have bad knees, talk to these people.

Very satisfied, had one knee done on 1/12/26 other on 1/28/26. From first visit to both procedures the staff was great. Would highly recommend. Hopefully returning for shoulder.

The staff is very caring and eager to help. Ileana even drove 1.5 hours out of her way to deliver supplies my local pharmacy could not provide. Dr. Sharma is very caring and detail oriented. Excellent bedside manner.

Office staff is very friendly and efficient. Reception area is a little crowded. Nurses are very helpful and professional. I was made confortable during and after procedure. I will be going back in a couple weeks to do another procedure on my other knee. Dr. Hunter was awsome.

Expectations going in were skeptical at best, from my initial visit I was pleasantly surprised to have my concerns validated, at no point was my pain minimized, each of my questions answered, had first knee done, from arrival to post procedure care everything was done in a professional albeit personal manner. Several calls to my home to acertain not only my physical condition but to address any concerns or questions. I am about to have the second knee done as well...the first is easily 80% less painful, within two days I was up and about, minimal pain from procedure and the knee feels amazing my family held me back from dancing. I do not know how long it will last but if it does last for a couple of years it will enable weight loss and more activity to include better employment...huge impact on my life..if your condition merits this procedure..I highly recommend it.

I had my left GAE procedure performed two days ago. I am planning on having my right knee done next. The pain in my knee is minimal, the groin pain is more uncomfortable, but I know this is only temporary. All of my interactions with this office have been kind, considerate and extremely professional, from Dr Hunter, to Charlie, to my nurses Jolie, and John, to Elise the scheduler, and Delores the lady who helped me every step of the way, these are the most caring physicians, PA, nurses and officers assistants I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thank you everyone for your help.

Felt that I was well taken care of. Nurses were fantastic. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the facility is in a bad area, whichi know is not much they can do about that. Also there were medical supplies in brown shipping boxes that were visible, but again there might not be much they can do about that. But my procedurewent great and my feels so much better after only 24 hours. So Im pretty. satisfied nad thankful.

The procedure was very minimal in pain and only took about an hour. My knee is doing fine. Cant wait to get the other one done. The staff was very nice and attentive. Loved the bedside manner. This was much better than the cortisone injections.

This is my second procedure with true precision. I had such good success with my knee that’s was bone on bone that i decided if they could do my wrist I’d love it. They did! The improvement is almost immediate. I’d recommend this before any surgery.

I’ve had a sprained arthritic knee for the past 9 months. I had the GAE procedure done yesterday and still waiting to see how it turns out but I have to say I was very impressed with the Dr and all of his team. They were very thorough and attentive and I’m recommending them in advance since I’ve seen so many positive results and reviews from others. I climb a lot of stairs and ladders at work and my knee really slows me down. I’ll be posting again in a couple of weeks to let you know how I’m doing.

My husband had a stroke 1 1/2 years ago. He is bound to a wheelchair. The most complaint he has had is that his butt hurt all the time from the pressure of sitting. I took him in to 360 Wound Care. This is a great place to treat wounds and they provide information to improve quality of life for people in wheelchairs. The game changer was a seat cushion with air that they recommended !
