Me and my wife worked with Darren Crockett at Vandyke mortgage we did think that it was going to be possible to get qualified for the loan we were wanting and get into the house me and my wife had eyes on for a year. I had around $28,000 in credit debt and a credit score of about 540 i also have a background of being incarcerated with a felony on my record so I wanted to write this review for anyone out there that has bad credit and doesnt think its possible to get where they want in life. Im not going to sit here and sugar coat it and say it was easy because it wasnt, it took hard work, dedication and the help of Daren to point us in the right direction on what we needed to do, how we needed to do it and when it needed to be done by. Daren knows everything that you need to know about fixing or repairing your credit but you have to be the one that makes the move and the phone calls and actually, gets it done. Daren was great to work with. He was prompt with letting us know where we were in the process. He sent videos for us to watch which were between 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The videos were helpful.
